The food was amazing. Ed was friendly and made the night totally enjoyable. We were stuffed and very happy with the whole night!

The overall experience was exceptional — every event throughout the evening was a highlight. The three courses for our dinner were not only delicious — but presented wonderfully on the plates and served professionally. Chef Jaime is a true professional.
At the end of the night I felt my kitchen was left in a cleaner and neater state than prior to the Chef’s arrival.
Having a Chef cook our meal in our own kitchen somehow seemed to transport us to "another world" with no cares or worries. We had a wonderful night.

Giving me the opportunity to enjoy my evening totally, without any preoccupation. Stephan was fun to be with, relaxed and on time for every course.
We loved most of the menu, but realized that the hors d’oeuvres were too heavy for the rest of the meal. This was nobody’s fault. Now we know.
As for the taste, even though the food was good, to our palate, it lacked some flavour, spices or condiments. Next time we will insist more on that point.
The presentation of the plates was A-1.
It was near perfect!

My wife really enjoyed having company & not having to cook a nice meal. She was particularly delighted that the kitchen was cleaned up beautifully.

This is the first time I’ve entered a contest, and I was so excited that I was lucky enough to win a Chef Experience!  I’ve talked about nothing else to my friends and the people I work with.  Too bad I couldn’t invite them all! LOL!  The evening was wonderful.  The Chef was professional, and very informative.  He answered our questions, and at the end of the night, washed all the dishes by hand (something I don’t even have time to do!), and cleaned up the table. I had nothing to do when I woke up the next morning except enjoy the memories of the night before!
